Here I go again changing something. As usual, calling only MR. PHILIP.
I sent him an email and called late Friday evening. Guess what here it is a Sunday night an I am receiving an email from Philip letting me know it's being processed. This man is on the money, Johnny on the spot, he has the best customer service ever. If he leaves SF, I don't know what I will do. He has always did an awesome job solving my delimas at any giving time. Personally I don't want no one else handling my SF issues. Great person and awesome attitude to go with it... Mr. Lloyd give that man a bonus, take him to lunch, Starbucks, a half a day off with pay or something. He is the best employee in that office....Mr. Awesome is Mr. Butler!!!!
